Jessica Martin

FOUNDER & CEO

Jess is a certified personal trainer and fitness creator based in Venice, CA, with a lifelong foundation in movement. From earning her black belt in martial arts by age 15 to competing in cross country and half marathons, fitness has always been her language. But it was through weightlifting that Jess found her true power- and her purpose.

Her mission is simple: empower women to feel strong, confident, and completely at home in their bodies- in and out of the gym. She’s not just an expert in training; she’s an expert in what it means to show up authentically in a space that often asks women to shrink. Her platforms, her voice, and now, her product, all exist to challenge that.

The concept for Booty Bib came to her during a late-night lift- caught between the comfort of a pump cover and the heat of overstimulation. She needed something that gave her the option: not modesty, not performance, but autonomy. A way to move with confidence, not compromise.

That’s what Booty Bib is. A solution. A statement. A new standard for women who lift, move, and exist on their own terms.

This isn’t just a product. It’s a movement.
